I came across a cycle that Dave Polumbo layed out. It was a 16 wk cycle that included a few different compounds. He did not explain it so that is why I am asking. He said run cyp wks 1-8 and switch to sust wks 9-16 waht is his reasoning for this?
Cyp is one ester with an 8 day half-life, Sust is a mix of esters with varying half-lives.
Sixteen weeks is ridiculously long, and virtually gaurantees HPT axis shutdown, along with all the attendant problems of trying to retain gains, deal with sides, and normalize the body. This is just flat bad advice, I don't care who it comes from.
