Yes exactly, I flattened out some just before PJ...not dramatically but enough that I knew it. I cut my water completely and did not even sip. And as Skip will tell you, don't cut the water but CONTROL it. He has a good little trick for making sure the muscle stays hydrated just before going out, I did this the 2nd time and had the other competitors telling me how full I looked. Be sure to talk with him about it.
