my famous "bulker spaghetti":
you need:
- 2 or 3 cans of tuna (preferably in olive oil)
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 2 smaller onions & some garlic
- can of tomato puree
- spaghetti (works best with penne rigate the sauce fills the holes YUM!)
fry the finely chopped onions in a pan (on the oilve oil from the tuna cans) untill they start to turn light brown then add in the tuna meat and fry it lightly not more than 5 min on a medium fire...stir the whole time...
add in the cottage cheese and tomato puree and 2-3 cloves of finely chopped garlic and simmer the mixture for approx 5 minutes on a light fire...stir from time to time...
pour the finished sauce on the spaghetti & spice with parmesan and eat untill you cant breathe ...alex
