Here's a quick, cheap, easy and keto friendly recipe for those of you that have grown to hate the taste of tuna out of a can.

A quick 300 calorie - 0 carb snack with 27 grams of protein.

1 - 4 oz can chunk white tuna
1 - tsp dill pickle relish
1 - tbsp yellow mustard
2 - tbsp mayo
Salt and black pepper to taste

If you want to get really crazy, wrap the tuna salad in a romaine leaf.

yeah tuna straight out of the can, fuck that, but I cant eat just 4oz, I usually keep it simple.

12oz can of tuna
2-3 tbsp miracle whip light
1 tsp or so of yellow mustard
1 boiled egg

Love tuna! I’ve been buying the pre flavored packs because they are easy to eat at work
I have gotten those before, use to get the smoke flavored ones and make spaghetti with them, also would make quesadillas with them.

1 can tuna 1 can chicken. Thoroughly shred and mix. Mix well. The chicken mellows out the tuna.

Also Ahi tuna steaks is a good why to change things up. 20191014_134503-1.jpg
