Quick HGH question if miss a nightly dose

Hi everyone,

I am doing HGH 2iu at nighttime before bed for fatloss and just overall health benefits. If I fall asleep before taking my shot, should I take 2iu in the AM then continue that night with 2iu so that day would be 4 iu in total or do I just wait until the following night to take my next 2iu shot? Thank you

It ultimately won’t make a difference. If it makes you feel better, go for the morning dose. If you just wait till the next night tho, it’s not gonna matter whether or not you made up for the skipped dose. I was just away in another state for 5 days and didn’t use gh the whole time and simply doubled up my test dose before I left. Didn’t think about it again after that and the world didn’t end and I didn’t get fat or lose my gains
