Okay so to get straight to the point. When i do rack deads i can not pull as much wheight as i can on a full dead lift. Is this odd. Does anyone else experiance this? I don't max at i do 2 work sets one heavy in the 6-8 rep range and one a little lighter in the 10-12 rep range. What would be the cause. Is my deadlift week at the top range of motion? What can i do to help improve this? Should i just continue with rack deads an keep increasing the weight. Or am i just perfoming them wrong?
