loved that interview with Ian King! I realized long ago not to believe everything you hear or read. going back to pre workout stretch from now on, Tom Platz did it and thats enough for me!
i have ian King's book, get buffed 3rd edition. although I dont follow all his principles, I do apply what I feel i need from him to my training.

This was a really solid episode. Old PLATZ stories & now new ones with John are always fun to listen too.

Ian King sounded almost condescending in his tone in the beginning but I realized it was more of his direct demeanor. Very interesting guy. Like his ideas very much. It would be great to have him on again soon.

I will listen to new podcast tomorrow.
