Okay, I was just seeing what other peoples opinions are on an idea that I recently pondered. Most know how Kevin Levrone would "shrink" down after a contest and train INfrequently, get off all supplements and than REintroduce solid eating, training and supps 15 weeks out and grow into the show. Well, what if someone were to DIET DOWN naturally and try and achieve extreme leanness without AAS than from 8-10 weeks out from a contest date intro duce AAS and raise calories and keep cardio in high gear and become fuller and strip off all remaining fat on the body and basically eat up and grow into the contest? The difference here is you diet and train like normal pre-contest mode but without AAS, than the only change would be to up calories and add in the hormones. Any thoughts?
