Just spotted these posts but I have been doing this for a while too...
Winter time I do a crazy blend, ice cream, 1/2c egg whites, 1/2c whole milk, banana, 1 scoop weight gainer (w waxy maize), 1 scoop Myofusion (best protein blend I have found), 2 tbsp pb, flax powder, 1/2c whole oats, 1/2c yogurt.
In around Feb when I cut calories back comes down to:
1/2c water, 1/2c egg whites, 1/2c oats, 2 scoops Myofusion, bluberries and flax powder. Still tastes great with Myofusion choc PB!
One of these has been breakfast for about 7 months now...love it. When feeling really lazy I pour some coffee and cinnamon in the blender too. haha. Not very good, but saves time and gets coffee done too!
