First off, I am new to the site and I am glad my buddy suggested I check this place out. I have been a member of BB.com for about 3 years now and after the IFBB AAS section was closed down, I have not had a place to go for advice. But it looks like I will get nothing but quality help here.
So I am getting ready for my next cycle and I am pretty excited to start. I want to bulk on this cycle and get some good quality gains. I will worry about cutting after. However, I do want to avoid alot of fat gain soI dont have to kill myelf after, I hate cardio.
So here is my history.
I was a proffessional athlete up until a few years back, and I broke 17 bones during my career. In 2006 I broke my back and that put an end to it for good. I am 6'0" tall and at the time I was only around 178 pounds. I was in good shape, I lifted all of the time, but I stayed lean for my sport. After breaking my back I started working out to improve my quality of life and one thing led to another and I was hooked. My whole life started to revolve around the gym.
I did a few PH cycles and before long I was up to 205, but I did not know how to eat right so my BF was around 15%.
I did my first real cycle in the summer of 2008 and it was a simple Test E at 500mg a week for 10 weeks with DBol for the first 4 weeks at 40mg a day. My strength went up, but I did not gain much weight. Instead I leaned out a little and ended the cycle around 5 pounds heavier with a little less BF.
My second cycle was in the summer of 2009 and again I used Test E but at 600 a week for 12 weeks, and Dbol again for the first 4 weeks. But this time I used Tren Ace at 100 eod for weeks 6-10. I was able to drop down to about 7% BF and I was stronger than I have ever been before. My weight stayed around 203.
I kept most of my gains after my last cycle and looked great up until a month ago. I got sick and was not able to lift without getting a bad head ache and throwing up. It lasted almost 2 and a half weeks So needless to say, I packed on some fat and lost some muscle. Nothing 2-3 weeks back in the gym wont fix.
So this will be my 3rd cycle and I this time I want to try and grow, and stay lean along the way. So I wanted to bulk for the first 10 weeks, then try to keep the gains and harden up the last 6 weeks.
Current stats;
35 Years old
203 lbs
11% Bf
Here is what I was considering, please feel free to point me in a better direction.
Omnadren 750mg a week for 16 weeks
Anadrol 50 weeks 1-4
EQ 500mg weeks 1-16
Deca 500mg weeks 1-10
So would it be smart to use either winny or tren for weeks 10-14, or would it be better to run the deca the entire time and wait to cut on my next cycle?
Another question for you guys. I am prone to Acne, and I broke out pretty bad when I took the PH's and it never went away when I took my first 2 cycles. I have been off long enough now that my skin is back to normal, but I would like to avoid the acne this time. I used HCG, Clomid and Nolva for PCT before, but never during the cycle. I showed no other signs of gyno or anything, just acne.
What should I use during my cycle?
