First off, I am new to the site and I am glad my buddy suggested I check this place out. I have been a member of BB.com for about 3 years now and after the IFBB AAS section was closed down, I have not had a place to go for advice. But it looks like I will get nothing but quality help here.

So I am getting ready for my next cycle and I am pretty excited to start. I want to bulk on this cycle and get some good quality gains. I will worry about cutting after. However, I do want to avoid alot of fat gain soI dont have to kill myelf after, I hate cardio.

So here is my history.

I was a proffessional athlete up until a few years back, and I broke 17 bones during my career. In 2006 I broke my back and that put an end to it for good. I am 6'0" tall and at the time I was only around 178 pounds. I was in good shape, I lifted all of the time, but I stayed lean for my sport. After breaking my back I started working out to improve my quality of life and one thing led to another and I was hooked. My whole life started to revolve around the gym.

I did a few PH cycles and before long I was up to 205, but I did not know how to eat right so my BF was around 15%.

I did my first real cycle in the summer of 2008 and it was a simple Test E at 500mg a week for 10 weeks with DBol for the first 4 weeks at 40mg a day. My strength went up, but I did not gain much weight. Instead I leaned out a little and ended the cycle around 5 pounds heavier with a little less BF.

My second cycle was in the summer of 2009 and again I used Test E but at 600 a week for 12 weeks, and Dbol again for the first 4 weeks. But this time I used Tren Ace at 100 eod for weeks 6-10. I was able to drop down to about 7% BF and I was stronger than I have ever been before. My weight stayed around 203.

I kept most of my gains after my last cycle and looked great up until a month ago. I got sick and was not able to lift without getting a bad head ache and throwing up. It lasted almost 2 and a half weeks So needless to say, I packed on some fat and lost some muscle. Nothing 2-3 weeks back in the gym wont fix.

So this will be my 3rd cycle and I this time I want to try and grow, and stay lean along the way. So I wanted to bulk for the first 10 weeks, then try to keep the gains and harden up the last 6 weeks.

Current stats;
35 Years old
203 lbs
11% Bf

Here is what I was considering, please feel free to point me in a better direction.

Omnadren 750mg a week for 16 weeks
Anadrol 50 weeks 1-4
EQ 500mg weeks 1-16
Deca 500mg weeks 1-10

So would it be smart to use either winny or tren for weeks 10-14, or would it be better to run the deca the entire time and wait to cut on my next cycle?


Another question for you guys. I am prone to Acne, and I broke out pretty bad when I took the PH's and it never went away when I took my first 2 cycles. I have been off long enough now that my skin is back to normal, but I would like to avoid the acne this time. I used HCG, Clomid and Nolva for PCT before, but never during the cycle. I showed no other signs of gyno or anything, just acne.

What should I use during my cycle?

The more things you try to do in a cycle, the worse it is. Running the deca for 10 weeks seems like a waste of time, so extend it out to at least 14 weeks (because you should stop it 2 weeks before anything else, I have a feeling you know this though).

Acne you'll just have to deal with. You could try using accutane, i'm not a fan of it though and I think it is used very irresponsibly among this community. Get Proactiv and keep your face clean, don't touch your face, and wash your face a couple times a day.
 
Well I can extend the Deca to week 14. As for the acne, it is on my shoulders, back and arms. It sucks to work your butt off and not want anyone to see you with your shirt off because of the acne.
 
Hello fellow Wisconsinite. I am new around here too.

I like your cycle but I have learned from experience to keep it simple. Run the deca out to week 14. I don't think that you will need the EQ. I would just do the drol(I love Drol), omana, and deca. You will see some great gains on this cycle.

for the acne be sure to use antibacterial soap and body wash. I hit the tanner and I also have a script from my doctor for minocycline it is an antibiotic. It helps my acne a ton. Also a sauna and a hot tube help too.

Is the snow melting where you are yet? It is hear thank God, I am new to Wisconsin and I am not used to the snow, so I am glad its going away.

I ordered my deca, so when it comes in I can start. I have never used EQ, and I know it is mild, but was told used along with Deca it worked wel, so I was thinking about trying it. But there is always next cycle. :D

I had the minocycline before and it worked great, however my job now does not aloow me to have insurance, so I need to find a place online to order more.
 
Snow is melting and it has been raining. I am in the Waukesha area. Sorry that you have to go through this weather.
