getting ready for the powerlifting comp.

Week 1

50mg stanz day
50mg oxy day
50mg mest day
50 mg proviron day

1500mg tren enan week (300 x 5)
1500mg test enan week (300 x 5)
1500mg equipose week (300 x 5)
1500mg masteron week (300 x 5)

pre workout 4 days week (1ml x 4)

25mg dbol
25mg test base
20000 mcg cheque drops
1000mcg mtren

Week 2

50mg stanz day
50mg oxy day
50mg mest day
50 mg proviron day

1200mg tren enan week (300 x 4)
300mg deca week (300 x 1)
1500mg test enan week (300 x 5)
1500mg equipose week (300 x 5)
1500mg masteron week (300 x 5)

pre workout 4 days week (1ml x 4)



Week 3


900mg tren enan week (300 x 3)
600mg deca week (300 x 2)
1500mg test enan week (300 x 5)
1500mg equipose week (300 x 5)
1500mg masteron week (300 x 5)

pre workout 4 days week (1ml x 4)

Possibly drop orals, depending on how feeling and health etc etc
If all well will keep in.


Week 4

As week 3

Week 5

Drop all shots

And go back on orals
50mg stanz day
50mg oxy day
50mg mest day
50 mg proviron day


week 6

as week 5



Due to amount of shots etc, i will be using a large insulin pin and site injecting most stuff to reduce scar tissue and nerve damage, been doing it for ages now 0.5-0.7ml in tris or bis with pre workout shot.
gives great site swelling growth to.
Totally could not handle doing that many regular shots which is another reason im only staying on injectable for 4 weeks.


After week 6

I wont be coming off, I will run test at around 300mg per week plus eq at same, plus proviron.





GH & Ins

10iu GH 10iu Ins PWO 4 x week
5iu Gh 5iu Ins 1st thing in morn 4 x week



OTHER

60-100mcg clen day
50-75mcg T3 day


Hcg will be run throughout at 300iu E3-4 days.
I have nolv, but hoping Mast and prov will take care of any gyno issues
 
If that guy needs that much gear to win a powerlifting contest he's in the wrong sport. Seven grams/week is just stupid.

DIET
8am meal 1
6 Eggs+Butter+Cheese (Scrambled or as an Omlette)
Multivits etc
1.5g cissus
2g vit C
5g Bcaa
4g omega 3 fish oil.

10.00am Meal 2
syntha 6 protein with 500ml skim milk 10g creatine

12 meal 3
200g chicken, tuna or with rice and beans and cous cous and peas????
Am really not liking green stuff, alternatives??? What about as above
2g omega 3 fish oil
Digestive enzymes

3.00 meal 4
As before.

4.30 meal 5
sytha 6 with skim milk
10g creatine

5.15
No xplode

6pm TRAIN

7.30 Meal 6

PWO shake syntha 6 with 10g creatine
5g BCAA
Bottle lucozade (just in case hypo)

9-10 Meal 7

Chicken and rice with veg
2g omega 3 fish oil
Digestive enzymes

Looks like an average guy who lifts and takes some aas

I would think a test/tren cycle with d-bol in there would be enough to gain good strengh...

Sounds like someone has to much disposable income and looking for a liver transplant...just stupid. That is more than 4 people need for a good cycle.
 
The short 5-8 weeks burst cycles with high doses is typical for a lot of powerlifter getting ready for a meet. After those 6 weeks, you can see he dropped back down to more sane dosages. I don't agree with everything he has planned out, but then it's only for 6 weeks....actually a little longer as the esters continue to taper out. I'd definately cut back on the cheque drops until before the meet, but heck, who am I to say....lol.

there is NOOO need for that much gear.. i think PB pretty well summed it up..
 
My god thats a lot of money he must've dropped on that cycle. The masteron amount is crazy high and he could easily lower the EQ to 600-800 and get the same results imo.

The real reason he takes that much gear is because its underdosed!:D

He really is only taking 1gm a week!;)
 
ive seen competitive bodybuilders taking more, especially on the orals doses... ive seen 200mg anadrol 150mg dbol with methyl tren (forget dose) and cheque drops... i remember the inj werent all as high as i thought it would have been but orals doses were just ridiculous.

But why such high doses and why only 6 weeks, is it because of thinking more gear=more strengh or because of increased aggression. I am really intrested, I know power lifters use alott of stuff the day of the meet to increase aggression.

Not impressed! His pic shows a guy that has a reasonable physique. From someone who is supposed to know what he is doing I waould expect a 275 monster. This guy does not look that good. Hell 90% of the physiques on this board look so much better than he does on a fraction of that shit!
 
I fully agree oldfella, just intrested why so much different drugs at at such crazy dose for his size.

however he doesnt look all that impressive for a large cycle kinda guy..

I am just not a more is better guy anymore. I have changed and improved to much to go back to that thinking. If more truly IS better he should be looking like Art Atwood right now.

RAJ, this is my point. If he looked like cutler or coleman I might be able to justify the doses. But when I weigh more than he does, No I do not look that good at present, but I am still solid at 255 and do not go anywhere near that shopping cart full of crap, at those doses I cannot go along witb it. I will be willing to bet that judging from that pic this guy does not have any wheels under those baggies either. Just plain crazy.
