Cedric is a really nice guy too. We are from the same home state. He frequently makes appearances at local shows to give encouragement to up and coming bodybuilders, He's also full time in the U.S. Army. He is a true representative of what an IFBB pro should be! Pics don't do him justice! He is friggn massive!!

Not only does he look tremendously good, but Cedric is also a super nice guy, very approachable and intelligent.

Had the pleasure to talk with him for nearly half an hour at the end of his workout when he trained at my gym a few months back, and I gotta say I really enjoyed that moment.

Just wow

Very classic physique is the right way to describe him. One of the most impressive physiques Ive ever seen. incredible. The thin is- he strong points are obviously the legs and just his muscle fullness and muscle bellies. Once he drops water- its not as impressive. Some people just look better with more water and a higher BF%. He's one. I ike the way he looksin the vid. If he just had a touch less bloat in his stomach he would be damn near perfect.

Well, honestly I didn't really pay attention to how he trained for we were both working out at the same time and I usually don't look around before I'm done , but from what I could briefly see, he seemed to use much more volume than what Phil advocates.

Cedric embodies the classic dilemma of the omni present problem of the mass monsters looks being preferred by judges. We always hear that if they stopped voting by size and not shape, things would be better for, as we know the caliber of actual physiques would rise.
Cedric embodies the look that they should be judging for, including conditioning... sure he's never been dry. But neither has Martinez...i 'd prefer a Cedric in best shape ever over wolf or centopani...hes got a perfect physique.

I like his physique better than Phil Heath, Kai Greene, etc. A tall guy that can fill out like that has a monstrous presence.
