Praising or complimenting a pro = nutthugger.
Giving constructive criticism = hater.
Gotta love the boards.
I AM NOT A NUTTHUGGER!!!

I really loved his physique, hell e...eason in decent condition is not so bad... :)
Chemicals aside and we know that's a big part of any athleteic endeavor in the world baseball football bodybuilding-Think about it... gear used to be much more availabe and far from being as "scrutinized" 6 years ago as it is today. And when you're Mr O you probably can't order shitloads of tren and gh from China delivered at your door by the mailman...
So IMHO Jay is doing his best with what he can get his hands on... ie not as much as what most of the guys on boards figure.
With that in mind, maintaining 300 lbs off-season in decent condition is not so bad...
me too bro, he looks awesome!

I sincerely think the biggest problem is the beatdown the body takes from heavy training -the catabolsim the anabolism the micro tears and scar tissue from this then "broken" up by massages and the muscle upon muscles layered in these guys-especially the big ones.
Look what happened to Ronnie, while we never got a straight answer on the tears or what it was obvious there were some neurological issues as well. Jay is kinda showing the same kinda stuff in his physique now.
then throw in the tissue changes that GH slin and AAS cause and we have even more problems with extreme mass.
I didn't realize that Jay looked that good in 1999, and no flame on him he did what it took to beat Ronnie but still continues to chase the size dragon.
I am too curious to see how he shapes up for the O I'd love to see him shredded.
