OK, if one needs to lose fat, but also gain muscle, and is on the palumbo cut diet..how does this look if "supplementing"
ive read you CANT GROW WITHOUT CARBS, so if one added gear just to MAINTAIN muscle, that seems a waste...SOOOOO
on training days, could the person have carbs first meal, and pre and PWO, or
just pre and PWO, and how about
pre, post and next post meal, or is that pushing it??
muscle needs to be gained, but fat needs to go too??
