I have run into so many situations where I end up going "oh, if only i had recorded that conversation I would not be in this legal situation right now." There are so many people in customer service that are incompetent or say one thing and mean the other.
I feel I need to carry a voice recorder around with me in my pocket and record every single conversation every day. Does neone else feel like that or does it already??
