Hey all,i train 5 days a week usually,need some help breaking up my training though,would anyone like to post me up some decent plans for a 5 day period,heres one iv come up with:
I usually like to do abs 3 times a week,in the mornings on an empty stomach(hence why i have not included it)
Day 1: Biceps/forearms
Day 2: Traps/Shoulders
Day 3:Legs
Day 4:chest/triceps
Day 5: Lats/Back
Is there anything wrong with that at all,cheers
