Hey everyone. Miss Q has asked me to speak at Berts service tomorrow, which of course I agreed to do.
I have my own things to say but I thought it would be nice if maybe I could get a few thoughts and stories from the members here that knew him well.

I didn't know Q personally but I sent him a few PM's about training and he was more than happy to help, you could mention that he had a huge impact on everyone that had talked to him via email, text, or etc, even if they didn't know him personally he still made you feel like you did.

I never met a more kind hearted, generous person in my life. Bert had the ability to see the good in people. He made an effort to try to help those who seemed to be going through a hard time. He was always positive even when times got rough. They say only the good die young , and in this case it's absolutely true!
I still can't accept his passing. It hurts too damn much!!!

i didnt know the man personally but the things he posted and his physique was very motivational! It definitely made me want to try harder!

Wtf. ? I haven't been on her for years it seems and this is what I see ? This is crazy. Everyone here needs to guckin go to the hospital and check wtf is going on . All these peptides gh etc is fuckin poison . Seriously, I was just coming back to say I miss this place omg this is so sad . All the best to your family. You were a cool guy. RIP

His willingness to help in any way he can even though he always had a million things on his shoulders, he was just and overall kind hearted good guy and always had jokes. Will miss seeing his comments here and being able to ask him for help.
