First of all, I want to start out by saying it feels good to log on to the best forum on the net. I haven't been on here in a year and a half. Late in '08 and most of '09 I went through some very difficult personal times, (thankfully they weren't medically related),. I'm not going to get into all the specifics here, (if you want to know PM me), but anyway missed being on here and interacting with many of you. While we might not always have agreed on certain issues that's life, and this board is a great community. That being said, I had to get out of working out and the lifestyle completely. However, now that things have turned around I would love to back into the game, but the one drawback I have is the hours I'm working. I'm currently working 14 hours a day. If I prepared all my food ahead of time I could fit in a workout. If I did return to the gym I would use the routine I used in the past which is 4 days a week, 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off. With each training session lasting about an hour. Less is more has always netted the best results for me. The one drawback is I'd only be getting about 5 hours of sleep some days. I know I can try it and feel how my body responds, but just wanted to get some other opinions. So feel free to post your thoughts. Keep in mind I have plans on competing, just looking good and adding size.

Good to have you back, the important part is to find balance and to set foot into the gym which is the hardest after a prolonged layoff. You may want to hit every body part per day for the 1st week or so to get past the muscle soreness.
