Absolutely. Couldn't find Dante's posts Bio but want to give an input on the good news I received today. Last year was diagnosed with enlarged weak heart and thickened LVH from undetected high blood pressure. After a year treating with medication fish oil along with circumin and aspirin. Had my echo today. Cardiologist said everything looks great. States that caught in time all these symptoms can be reversed. Like a rubber band around a rolled up news paper. If left on long enough the band will stay stretched permanently but taken off in time will reform back to it's original shape.

anchovy, mackerel, sardines.
First for me taking fish oil sup's. Hope that helps.
