My dad uses this b/c he has bad stomach problems and I guess it helps him. Anyway its made from brown rice and yeilds 12g protien on a heaping tbsp. Is this stuff any good for muscle building?
Rice protein is an incomplete protein (does not contain all essential amino acids), and therefore not good for muscle building. If you want a non-animal source protein, try hemp protein powder or gemma protein isolate, these are both complete proteins without the phytoestrogens found in soy.
