Okay so I qualified for nationals and I'm going to do the NPC Nationals in November. Stats are 5'7" 189lbs 9% bf training for 10+ years. I have done a cycle of 500 test e and 400 EQ before. I plan on running a 14 week cycle and I want to get ripped as f*ck! My plan as followed.

Week 1-4: 50mg ED
Week 1-14: test E 500/week
Week 1-10: Mast E 500/week
Week 11-14: Tren A 50mg EOD
Week1-14: T3
- week 1-2: 25mcg
- week 3-4: 37.5mcg
- week 5-6: 50mcg
- week 7-8: 62.5mcg
- week 9-10: 75mcg
- week 11-12: 87.5mcg
- week 13-14: 100mcg
- weeks 15-20: slowely decrease down to 25mcg
Weeks 1-14: Clen 2 on 2 off
Weeks 1-14: adex 1mg ED
PCT: 5000iu/week x 3 weeks
50mg clomid ED x3 weeks
HCGenerate 3 am 2 pm 3 weeks

The only reason I don't run tren the whole way is because I'm in the army and I need to have my endurance to be able to run!
What do u think about adding it the last 2 weeks or even last two weeks. Will it make a difference?
 
I'm not a competitive bodybuilder, if I was at your level, I'd hire a trainer to help in taking all the guess work out.

There's some top shelf fellas here that would be best suited for ya.
 
Not to be a dick, but judging by your post... U shouldn't be doing Nationals, you will waste a ton of money unless u just r looking for the experience. The middles are two or three inches shorter and have been using shit for years....At your height u need to be AT LEAST a lhw at the top of the weight to be competitive at a national show. Remember there is 25 guys in every single class there... Just because you qualified doesn't mean you are ready.

I notice for the T3 you taper up well, but there is no need to taper back down. There are studies and evidence out there that shows you dont need to taper down because the thyroid wont begin working on its own until T3 is no longer present, so tapering down makes no sense it wont kick start the thyroid.
 
No need to taper down t3. You PCT looks like shit to. Run the HCG @ 250ius 2x a week during the cycle. Stop when you take your last test shot. That will give your body a full two weeks off everything before you jump into PCT. Clomid at 50mg per day for 4 weeks or nolva for 40/40/20/20.Good luck man.

Hire a Proep coach brother man , their is WAY more into getting peeled than your drug dose !!
you can take that cycle and twice that ammount but if your nutrition isint incheck to take advantage of the compounds you will be chasing your tail
and considering your past cycle experiance you are taking a HUGE step up is dose and compounds.

that would be like saying
"i drive my dads 1989 caprice station wagon great , im sure im ready for a 900 horse power linginfelter tuned vet"

in both cases you can end up wating money and end up hurting yourself

I appreciate the the advice but I think I know what I am doing, I have made pretty good gain naturally thus far. This is me last week at 15 weeks out.

I will be at the top of my class and be grainy as f*ck, being shredded is what wins contests my friend. That how I win an overall title as only a middleweight, and I did that at 170lbs!
 
Your 100% natural in that pic? Fuck me I need to take up chess or something ha
 
I dont think you need an "internet trainer".
Is the competition in the 14th week? After answering my post Im going to give you my input.

Local show versus National are two different animals. At your height, light heavies is where you need to be at Nationals, not middleweight.

If I were you I would immediately plan on packing on the mass and do nationals next year since you should be qualified for 2 years. Now if you want the experience of Nationals as a competitor, go for it. However, do not expect to make the top 10.

Also, use Junior Nationals to gauge where you should be first.
