Took a few pics after my leg workout. There is a lot of blood in them, so there is(NO), not a lot of seperation. For me on about the 3 or 4th day off from legs they begin to look there best. How many days out would u recommend stopping cardio from the show??? Sorry for the poor quality. I was shaking and trying to take the pics myself!

I have to send these from my phone, so the qualtiy is not the best!! I could not even begin to flex my quads because of the pump, and my partner was not there so I am attempting to take the pics myself.

Nice work. Good vascularity. A lot of peeps continue cardio up until they start their deplete and carb load for the show. Bump for a real answer from someone with real world experience.
 
hams are thick....glutes come down low, good work there

why do you flare your quads out so much???

its hard to get a good overall look at the quads

either the pics are cut, or your angle is off

I do flare them probably to much as u pointed out, but like i said I was holding the camera and trying to take the pics. I had to go back an look at them, now I see what you r talking about . I was trying to squat down to c in the lense to make sure my legs were in the shot.
