Delt are hard for me, really not able to train them much due to past injury. No Shoulder Presses or Front Raises (if I do I pay for it for weeks) which I know my front delta need work. So Side Raises and Rear Delts is it for right now. Cant do Dips and as of this week Close Grips are now out. Nothing that strains my Bicep Tendon... or Labrum! lol
Eatting 6 Meals a Day all with low carbs and none at last meal!

Still taking 5g of TwinLab Creatine at each meal.
BW is going up... was 189.5 and now I'm at 191. I weight myself 2x a Week Sundays and Wednesdays along with track my Hips, Waist and Arms for now. once a month I check all measurements.

Triceps Heavy Ab Work
Back
REPEAT Cardio every Morning 15 minutes within asking up!
Light Abs are done 2-6 Sets a workout on most days!
Posing 3x a week for 20+ minutes. and 3-5 Minutes everyday I spend working on my poses that I struggle with.
Over the years Ive been told I have Little Legs... I honestly never really training them from the ages of 18-30. (other then here and there) At 18 I was hit by a truck at 60 mph while I was walking so My back/hips were a mess. then being a Bench Specialist and already cutting 20+lbs to make the 165lbs class I didn't really want or need to add any size to them bc I needed that Muscle on the Upper Body, Chest/Back/Triceps! Yet me legs were always 25" and Lean and Detailed!! For the last 14 weeks Ive started training legs heavy and hard.

Been hitting the tanning bed for month.... yes I'm tan but I have Irish and Scottish in my blodd so I always have a reddish tint! So as of today I'm going to be running Melanotan 2! So hear comes the Real Tan!! I will also still be hitting the Tanning bed every day until I hit the tan I'm looking for!
Just a little update! as of this Morning I'm 187.5lbs! Biceps/triceps, Hamstrings, Back and Chest are really coming in this past week!! Got my Finals Routine lined up and Im honestly really pumped with how smooth it follows! really looking forward to getting on stage and rocking it!

Cardio is up to 80minutes a day! Y3T Style of Training, 4 on 1 off. Dropped Test Cycle down a bit, and hgh. Feeling AWESOME :headbang:
