I am sure he will make good money. Housing prices have sky rocketed across tx. He can probably pay cash for his new home aswell so won’t have to deal with the crazy interest rates.

I saw a recording studio maybe for podcasts and well equipped gym in back that looked like the equipment in his unbelievable 2 video.

Actually you do this better than most. I eat a few edibles and lock my phone because I think of things that to me are hilarious or next level enlightening and the next morning I read it and it’s so cringe I want to hide in a hole lol.

Hahahaha it’s def a balance. I’ve come up with some insightful thoughts at times but have also equally come up with shit that makes absolutely zero sense the next day.

Ronnie can always just get a house with an elevator. When my Dr was looking for a house she only would buy one with an elevator as her bulldog had really bad joints and couldn't limb stairs any more.
