Yeah, that's what I'm looking for. Do you have issues with your body not digesting it/not accepting it at all? Or just sick of the same shit all day ed?
Its not really "body not accepting it" its more of just grossness.
When im dieting, im basically eating on a strict schedule for fuel only...so if it tastes gross as fuck, its even wore. I was basically chewing up fish and chugging water to get it down. I told my coach that it was fucking me up and we made an immediate change to 99% FF turkey, which i feel fine on.
I als know that I have a cast iron gut, i can digest ANYTHING and eat everything. The only food that doesnt digest well with me is oats, everything else is A-OK. The fish digested, but was gross as fuck
