Then on my last set 335, on my 5th rep went low, heard kinda like a small pop felt like a ripping feeling and the weight got heavier, called my spotter in, and racked the weight. Finshed my workout with light weights, shoulder is a tad sore, but nothing unbearable, never had this happen any ideas?
