do you think you look much rounder when you train with wolume + 2o sets ?
 
Water, salt,

aslong as I keep dehydrated and good salt /sodium I’m very round.
Only and obviously eating clean decently can’t be starving either and depleted.
 
I look more full doing more volume than that. I don’t buy into the 1 to 2 sets thing.
 
Looking full is very individualized. For me, it's the opposite of most. I need to be hydrated, carb loading and very high volume.

I feel a better pump burn stay full more muscle mind connection with high reps lower weights 20 plus reps and lots of carbs full look plus diet in check plus the right gear with it for the win!
 
I think youll get more pumped up and it lasts for a few hours after you lift, but after that you look no different than if you had done lower reps.

If you don't have the required muscle then build it then you can use all tools to create a rounder look. Everything from water, electrolytes (sodium), carbohydrates, nitric oxide expanders (citrulline, arginine etc), pde5 inhibitor drugs (cialis, viagra etc), other supplements (GlycerSize for example), aas (adrol, tbol, dbol etc), insulin, hgh, seo (syntherol) etc. So many tools and only a few need to be used for extreme fullness.

100% This is key here! You need the muscle first to look rounder.

Reminds me of a kid at work who asks me how he can get round shoulders like Phil Heath (hes a 150 lbs): I’m like 😐, go back in time and change your parents otherwise put a lot more muscle on to get a little bit close to what you want, Phil Heath level ain’t happening lol
 
My stomach gets a massive round look pretty effortlessly. Sadly...
 
High dose gh, I hardly even train, eat very little and at age 45, this by far the roundest I've looked... Nothing crazy otherwise, when i was in mexico i was on sustanon and eq i think. That was it. But gh doses in the 10-15iu per day range. I swear i go to the gym and i shock everyone and myself. i never had arms before at all. they're still weak, but I look a lot better than when i was in my 20's.

I didn't really start getting rounder until I started incorporating heavy side laterals. Also, rear delts should be just as important as any other muscle group, they contribute a lot to the round look from the front and thickness from the side.

looking good dude - especially for 45, I’m 48 and I wish I was that lean
Let me ask, you using pharm or Chinese gh
 
Big traps will also add to a rounder look - hit traps hard
I notice a lot of people skip them or do a few sets
I train traps directly (they get hit on other exercises) twice a week - 3 exercises and 3-4 sets ea
 
I'm going to have to go with high carbs. When you wake up in the middle of the night and you go to take a leak...You walk by the mirror and you feel nice full...You squeeze your arms and they feel full and tight as if you just worked out 15 minutes ago.

Like many others have said... it can be a combination of factors in play
