What exactly was he saying that was ridiculous? Obviously there was a bit of a language barrier but what he was saying was relevant to the topic at hand and he was using alcohol as an example of a diuretic not advising its use as such. An herbal diuretic or even hctz at a low dose is not going to destroy your average joe gym rat, especially if the tradeoff is a healthy blood pressure in return.

Overheating and dehydration are major avoidances with thiazides and these are not K sparing medications. The OP truly needs a doctor or experienced coach.

If you don't think disrupting the board within 10 posts won't get you a cool off period, then you're mistaken. As I believe youre mistaken about using a thiazide to treat 2.5iu GH bloat. Dandelion root might be a better start but you don't know this guy's medical history. You don't know his history on this board. It's barely more than a replacement dose. I did not say 25mg HCTZ = a small dose, just to be clear. Also didn't bring up large doses of HCTZ for rather low doses of HGH. Nor did I say to use a thiazide to treat 2.5iu of GH bloat.

I'm the same, I've tried other things but always end up back to the DC 2 way, with a little added to it, time and recovery is just better.

Man just outright accusing someone of being a Pedo's based on what was said was just not warranted IMO. Pedo is a pretty serious allegation that should not be thrown around lightly. Also you're probably going to need to remain calm when other people challenge your opinions on something. People need to be "sold" on your views in order for them to be taken seriously.
