However its killing my stomach. Anything special I should be taking it with? Maybe a certain type of food?

When I used accutane I used ginger ale to quiet my stomach. Food or soda would be my guess.

Alright, I've never used it but from doing a bit of research to help out on that accutane solubility thread yesterday, I'd recommend taking it with some sort of fat / oil in your meal. That should assist its passage through the GI tract, where it tends to be highly disruptive.
