Why is it that restaurants constantly take a perfectly healthy salad and then turn it into the most fating dish on the menu? 
I've started back on my diet and training so I can get control of my weight. We've been so busy that we haven't had time to cook like we use too. When we go out to eat, I've been making very conscious choices by ordering healthy meals. Today at lunch I order a grilled chicken salad. Only when it came, it had bacon on it and it looked like they took the bacon grease and poured it over the entire salad. I was so disappointed.
I really wanted to loose this weight but restaurants make it so difficult. We try to go to places that offer special low carb/low fat menu items, but it gets old going to the same old places. It nice to try new restaurants for time to time. I hate to get in a place that doesn't offer something healthy. <sigh>
