Shit I ain't saying I keep ALL my muscle but, have been told as many bbers are that I look bigger when I am ripped. I personally think they are nuts when I hear that.hehhee What I do is in offseason I eat say round 800-1000grams Carbs, 400grams pro, 200grams fat(I eat everything I can). This is round 7,400 calories. I then go into a 12-18week diet where I taper down my carbs from 800 grams to bout 150grams which takes like 5-6weeks. All the time I am increasing my protein intake and lowering fat till I get to 600grams pro, 150grams carbs, 100grams of fat so like 3,900cals. I continue on this for say 1-2 weeks before starting my 3 days of this(Carb deplete) then 1 days of carb loading w/ like 500grams carbs. I can manage to not do 0grams carbs because I eat soo much in offseason and the fact I lose weight sooo fast.
All this is how I do it. Oh yeah, LOTS OF GEAR, GH, IGF-1, Thermo's and SLIN!!!hehehe
