Since I see you are posting I will use this oppurtunity to pick your brain.I need to know one thing. How is it when you go on a diet you manage to loose so much weight and keep so much muscle in a short time period? Last time I went on a diet it took me 8 months to loose 80lbs and I was still fat becuase so much of it was muscle. Please elaborate.
 
Shit I ain't saying I keep ALL my muscle but, have been told as many bbers are that I look bigger when I am ripped. I personally think they are nuts when I hear that.hehhee What I do is in offseason I eat say round 800-1000grams Carbs, 400grams pro, 200grams fat(I eat everything I can). This is round 7,400 calories. I then go into a 12-18week diet where I taper down my carbs from 800 grams to bout 150grams which takes like 5-6weeks. All the time I am increasing my protein intake and lowering fat till I get to 600grams pro, 150grams carbs, 100grams of fat so like 3,900cals. I continue on this for say 1-2 weeks before starting my 3 days of this(Carb deplete) then 1 days of carb loading w/ like 500grams carbs. I can manage to not do 0grams carbs because I eat soo much in offseason and the fact I lose weight sooo fast.

All this is how I do it. Oh yeah, LOTS OF GEAR, GH, IGF-1, Thermo's and SLIN!!!hehehe

Thank you for your imput. Here is pretty much everything I did wrong

Eat only 4 meals a day
got less then 200g of protein
Used 250mcg of T-3 with no gear
did 0 carbs for weeks at a time.

I started my diet at 335lbs at 28% B.F

When I was finsihed. I was 220 at 20%.

When I think about how stupid I was I wanna cry:confused:

That means you had roughly 94lbs of BF on you. Now say you wanted to be in the 200 range and like 10% BF that means you need to lose 74lbs of BF. THis is a little farfetched but, ain't impossible and I am not in anyway condoning DNP but, this would be a quicker approach. You figure on a regular strict diet for say 20 weeks and a loss of 3-4lbs a week. That is like 60-80lbs lost and it ain't gonna be all fat.hehehe I would say for you to do it in spurts of 10-12 weeks than back off for 6 weeks but, dont cheat and eat everything just give yourself a break. I go overboard in offseason and am usually hitting 320+lbs but, try not to get BF over 11% which is usually done w/ T-3, GH, IGF etc. I hope this helps.

I will be alot smarter the next time. Will also take into consideration of what you said about not letting my off-season B/F ballon of 11%. I believe a smarter approach to diet will help me alot in this aspect. Your insight has been helpful. Glad to see you back and thanks for input:)
