Since I see you are posting I will use this oppurtunity to pick your brain.I need to know one thing. How is it when you go on a diet you manage to loose so much weight and keep so much muscle in a short time period? Last time I went on a diet it took me 8 months to loose 80lbs and I was still fat becuase so much of it was muscle. Please elaborate.
