The best use of CGI for someone's face is still The Social Network. First I thought Armie Hammer had a twin brother. Then I thought he was playing both roles. Later I found out it was another guy entirely and they put Armie's face on him in post production. I sure couldn't tell.

Jeez... CGI is just getting better with the face mapping. Soon it will be difficult to determine a real from a fake. That may be good for Hollywood but could get ugly from a legal standpoint. Hell, I thought that was real until I read the responses.

Also, maybe off topic but makes me wonder how all these 6'6, 6'7+ kids are coming from 5'9 - 6'0 dads and 5'3 moms (kid being some my son's age or younger). Kid is not an insult. A term of endearment if anything.

Was reading an article about this Turkish Olympic volleyball player getting attention for her looks the other day. Thought, "Aww.. she's a pretty little thing!" Article goes on to say she's 1.97m tall. That's over 6 and a half feet tall. She could rest her chin on top of my head and I'm almost 6ft!

I go to my old college pub these days and it's like walking into the show 'Land of the Giants' from the 70's.

I have never hooked up with a girl over 6ft. Maybe I should try. You know, just go out and find a damn giant and mate with it.

Yeah, young people these days are tall. Im 6 foot and when I was a substitute teacher at the high school a few years back I felt short. Seemed like 6 foot was about the average for guys. Half the guys were taller than me. One boy had to just about duck a bit to get in through the door frame. He must have been 6 foot 8 inches or so. Dont know how tall the door is.
