safety bar squat yesterday...

Just getting back to legs after shoulder surgery on December 4th (bone spur)... if anyone has access to this bar, I HIGHLY recommend it, loads weight evenly over body, less lower back or knee pain.... I think bar weighs 70 or 75 lbs...happy with the lift other than the calves

Size

Don't they make different sizes? I used one for awhile but would pinch the nerve in my shoulder when going heavy. My my left hand would numb for a week.

The bar felt farely steady for that weight with no hands, and yes, neck is a little sore, more like a bruise though... Definitely feel like my sweep is getting hit more...not sure why, but I'm not gonna complain lol...

Thanks for the compliment Dave.... 29 yrs old, 5'11" and about 250-255 now.... been cleaning out for a good while, with surgery a month ago and all....when start eating and training seriously again, looking to get to 270-280 but in good shape and compete late 2010 or early 2011 and requalify....
