5'10" 240lbs

been working out since i was around 14 started taking it more serious after i hung up the spikes and stopped playing sports about 4 years ago..

My first go around was 400mg of test e for 8 weeks by itself...saw very nice gains in overall strength and size..

thinking of doing a 2nd cycle with

Test enth 400mg a week
equipoise 400mg a week/or winstrol 100mg a day

which would be the best to go with for my first time stacking?? and if its the winny should i use it at the beginning?? end?? or duration of the test..was thinking 10 weeks this time running the test..should i up my test since i already know i can handle 400mg a week...had no noticable side effects at all

im new to the site..sorry for annoying anyone...i just read the rules and i need 50 posts to post on a sponsor board...so here is post one!!!! hope you guys can give some much needed advice
 
5 ft 10 240 lbs, those are solid stats, but whats your BF%? And what are your goals for this cycle?

If you had good results with 400 mg of test last cycle then keep it at 400 this cycle as well, although 500 mg's per week is not out of bounds at your size (as long as your bf is below 15%, 12% or lower is optimal for a cycle).


If you are going to add EQ then be ready to run the EQ 10 weeks minimum, 12weeks preferably. The winny would be run at the end of your cycle.

Goals are more diet based than AAS based, but typically EQ is a mass/bulk AAS and winny is more of a cut AAS. But diet/workout/rest are much more of a factor than the AAS are to achieve each goal (bulk/cut).

Please post bf (take a guess if you dont know. whats your waist size?) and goals.

bf is probably around 15%

as for my goals...id like to keep as much mass as i gained from my last cycle obviously, but def wanna be more defined as of right now my goal isnt to be super shredded..just more solid all around.....i have read that you can use eq in both types of cycles cutting and mass...but is the other gear used with it obviously diff for each type of cycle...if i keep the diest super strict...tuna...chicken breast...egg whites...brown rice...would the test and eq do the job of size plus leaning me out..or just size?? or would i see better results for what i want if i do a strict diest with the test and winny??

it's great to see you're not getting carried away with different compounds for a 2nd cycle.some guys want to do everything under the sun but neglect diet and training.4-500mg/wk of enth is perfect and imho if you add a 2nd compound i'd go with eq and stay with that.12wks minimum imo.most guys find 16wks to be the best timeframe but i know a few who've gotten nice gains with 12-14wks.i'll be on it this october along with test enth.good luck and keep us posted.

and how many mg of EQ a week?? what should i be doing for cardio?? currently 3 days a week for 60min...

400 mg should do nicely.

Watch your BP on EQ, I ran it for 16 weeks and loved the results but had trouble with the bp throughout. Be careful and pay attention.

The cardio, your call completely.

I also ran the test 2 weeks longer than the EQ, you may want to do the same (look at the 1/2 life of each:cool:).
 
blood pressure

im assuming BP is blood pressure...if im wrong sorry for being an idiot...but thanks for the heads up on the BP monitoring...whats the best way to stay on top of it besides buying one of those things they strap around your arm at the doctors office...if i have to buy something i wanna make sure i got it all ready to go before i start
 
yes BP is blood pressure. You could get one of those monitors from a pharmacy, which is probably the best way to monitor your BP. I know pretty much right away if mine gets high, I can feel by heartbeat faster and I generally cant relax, and am just higher strung. I feel the higher bp that way.

That site is full of bad information, overblown cycles, and skinny kids who dont have a clue, so be careful with what you read over there. Avoid the AAS general discussion forum like reading it will give you AIDS, but the blood pressure thread is actually a good read and has some good information. The receipes forum over there has some good eats as well.

question for you guys

friend of mine was looking to take some hgh...probably the blue tops...he has done a few cycles of test and deca and test and winny...was wondering how many iu's a day you would take and for how long? should it be stacked with another steroid like test? he is a big dude but kinda doughy in the mid section...any advice?

should ask what types of ancillaries he would need if he did decide to with the hgh...

Board rules state we can't set you up a cycle, only critique the one you state. That being said, let us go back too your cycle. You should stick with the 400mg of test only, run it for 12 weeks follow by PCT. Your problem is your diet, at 15% Bf, clean that up. Taking more AAS is not the solution to getting leaner. By the way, EQ will really increase your appetite. Adding even more AAS will never help, without the proper diet.
