HE CLAIMS TOTALLY NATURAL... not at that age.. but, just for giggles, can you imagine what he would look like if he took what he took in his comp days..? another 12-15 pounds on that 60 year old frame.. wow..

I was fortunate to see Robby when he defeated Phil Hill to win the Niagara Falls Pro,i think it was `88.He looked incredible.Here he is over 20 years later and still in phenomenal shape...has to go down as one of the greatest ever.

That is truly inspiring. I was thinking about this, because I ran into a few friends from H.S. and my ex-gf from college and they all looked so old to me, that I couldn't it.

Especially my ex-gf, she really aged, and that made me realize that I have to keep training to keep my youth as long as possible.

These pics don't do him justice; not because you can't tell how shredded he is, but if you see him in person you'd just be blown away. From the neck down, he looks like he has the skin of a 25 year old with the muscle maturity of a 35 year old, if that makes sense. Not sure about him being "all natural," I'd guess he's at least on HRT and probably some hgh, but to hear him talk about his lifestyle/nutrition/training, it's pretty believable.

I won't look like that before 63, so I know that I won't look that way at 63, but I WILL appreciate someone that does what it takes to look like that at 63! Phenomenal!

That made me think, it's funny now the guys who made bodybuilding more mainstream, like Robby, Arnold, etc, back in the 70's & 80's could be the one's who help revive it, with Arnold's acceptance as a political figure and Robby's great shape at his age, Lou looks pretty damn good too.
