I used to work in an alcohol facility, we made Kahlua, malibu, Canadian cliub, stoli vodka etc..etc..
Anyway it looks like the booze industry is getting in the fuel industry...I wonder if this will come through...
The facility i was at was being looked at for techniques on making ethanol as well, Then the experiment just went away......we made 98.8 percent pure alcohol, yummy..

If this happens it can give a boost to forestry, and a help on high grain prices...Its not a brand new concept, but it will get some peoples attention...

I don't know... I think the price of gas will just keep going up and up. My next car will be a plug-in hybrid.

the main problem with ethanol (the ethanol made from cellulose like in the video, not corn based ethanol which is the biggest fucking joke every because it produces negative energy) is that you will get 30-50% less mpg's using it. Please don't by hybrids! The technology sucks and you will not get your money back out of it from increased fuel economy because it will cost you 5-10 k more for the damn hybrid.
