Regarding the calves, I think they look prety un-natural in this (and other) photos. THey are round and soft-looking, and as Big A has pointed out, do NOT have that "flat look" that gastrocs alomst always have. It ssems clear from looking at his ankles and lower hamstrings, that this kind of size and thickness does not match the (lack of) genetic potential shown in these other areas.
Big A's article talks explicitly about injecting along the SIDE edge of the gastroc to avoid the kind of look seen so well in this photo. Also notice how you can't really tell if he's flexing the gastrocs or not - no look of hardness, and no separation of the heads, which you would see at the resonably low level of bodyfat he has. And, they're simply too big for the rest of his leg. Is this possible genetically? Sure, but the look he has here says to me that this is poorly-applied SOE, NOT genetics.
I'll spare you my comments about this guy's genetic potential in general, and of course, this is just my 2 cents worth...
