I still would prefer that look over todays mass monsters. I think size is over rated, when you have to sacrifice you're waist line its no longer worth it to me. If you can find a way to tred that fine line, with out crossing, well then that is the way to go.

One thing that I admire about him is that his has been able to carry this with him untill old age; a true testament to his dedication and knowledge of training and nutrition.
