As a Chef of 20 years experience, I know full well what it's like to get food posioning. Its pretty scary that some people can die from it.
The prone people such as Pregnant women, Elderly, Child and Sick People with diseases are verry prone to food posioning.
How did u get it? Was there a crack in the egg shell? Maybe from warm temperature? or cross contamination?
When u are sick from food posioning stay away from diary products. Drink plenty of water. No antibiotics can fix it ! Just put up with the shits !
