Shelby's precontest magic.

I was comparing some pictures from various weeks of my prep today and was amazed at what Shelby was able to do with me. Before working with him I THOUGHT I knew my body well. I began my journey at 214lbs, thinking I would end up at the top of the light-heavies (198). The picture on the left is from May, the one on the right is from earlier this week (3.5 weeks out). The crazy thing - I weigh 217lbs in both of these pictures. Anyone thinking about working with Shelby, DO IT!

Great job. I've been working with him too and am very pleased with the whole experience. Im far from looking as awesome as u do but he treats me as good as he does his top clients. U look amazing now. I can't imagine what u will look like on game day!

I bet youre glad you hired Shelby for his advice, it really looks to have paid off. When I viewed that pic I figured you had lost at least 15 lbs since the first photo because you look so lean, but to have maintained your weight is simply insane! Its not like you were a newbie to bodybuilding either, youve been at this for many years. Strong progress there IMO!
