What brand of SHILAJIT do you use and how much do you take? Do you notice a rejuvinating effect from it's use?

After doing QUITE a LOT of research on it a year ago, I found out it was actually just poop from I forget which animal.

Which was unfortunate, because I was pretty fascinated with it. Luckily I never tried any
