should I be concerned?

Usps tracking attempted to deliver my birthday dvd collection of Asian movies yesterday. I was at work. Message said the peach colored card for re-delivery or pickup was left but there's no card in the mailbox. So far my present has traveled lightening fast. Just an f-up by delivery person? BTW, I live in an area with a very large Asian community so my present is not uncommon nor have I ever had a problem.

I think the way it works is they wait a couple business days and then try to redeliver.. But if you're gonna be at work anyways, I would maybe just go down to the post office.. Tell them you tracked the package and saw the message, but you're at work when the mail comes.. You'll have ID proving residence and you should be able to get it right there.. And please don't think you have a chance of getting busted since you're going into the PO in person - they didn't open your mail and they don't kno what's in it..
