Hey Guys,
I am currently running 2iu/day of GH and looking to increase it to 4-5iu per day in 2 weeks. I am looking to put on lean mass. As of right now I am taking in about 500 calories more than my daily BMR amount (approx 3200 total on a clean diet). Thing is, do you guys think I should increase this amount given the GH intake?
