Shoulder pocket injection

Hey guys. I was reading about people taking a shot in a shoulder pocket in the lateral delt. For the life of me i cant figure this out. Any one have some in site or a diagram. I thought i had it figured out but now i cant even left my arm unreal pain. anyone

Thanks but i no how to do injection IM. Not a newbie by any means. There is a pocket in the shoulder were you can shot 3+ cc and you shot from the top down. I just need more guidance trying to find that pocket. Because there is no pain what so ever. I had a guy do it for me years ago it was awesome. Just wish i would have paid more attention to it
