I've been practicing several differant ways and I personaly like that one better than the clasped behind the back style , for several reasons.
for me I'm still a little soft in the very lower ab region I can somwhat hid this area with the off side hand
The clasped hold for some reason realy stresses my shoulder and makes it sore for several days if I realy flex the tri hard.
lastly I think any pose that also incorperates a good chest striation looks cool , but this is my first go around so that could be way off base
