I've noticed recently that I've started leaning to the right on a few exercises, just enough that I can feel it in my lower right back (and not my lower left back). On the bench for example, when I go heavy I do a slight lying side bend towards the right. On the squat, I'll sort of have my hips more towards the right than centered. On the overhead press, I'll do a bit of the side bend again toward the right.

Obviously a muscle imbalance, but I'm not entirely sure how to fix it. Any suggestions?

This use to happen to me. I just trained in front of mirrors and corrected it myself. But maybe you should go see a chiropractor and they will ex ray your back and hips and if there is a problem then they could help. I am by no means a doctor or anything but there are some on this forum. Maybe they will chime in and help you better. Good luck.
