I want to do a simple cycle, I am not very sophisticated something like

500 mg of test enanthate per week for around 8-10 weeks. What should I absolutely add to this and when?

I am in my mid 30's 6'0 185 lbs around 8%. Have done some gear in the past but always simple just test and some deca. Never did any PCT.

Suggestions Please
 
I would run it at atleast 10 weeks....You might want to do some research on pct's and HCG...and if you can I would get bloodwork done before cycle to see where you currently stand...
 
I might add some D-bol for the first 2-3 weeks just to give your a little faster start , other than that it seems fine
 
500 for 12 weeks, do some hcg research, apply it, and taper off the last 4 weeks of cycle...i dont find pct necessary when done like this, others will disagree.

Why would you check blood before, to see where you are at?
And what would you do when you see where you are at?

Are you saying there is a guide line for test depending on your test level??

There is no need at all to add any compounds...test only cycle is fine for alot of people. Alot of people say to add 30-50mg ED dbol first 3-4 weeks while waiting for the enanthate to kick in. But definitely no need for anything else...just a bonus.

don't listen to this guy. You will most likely definitely need PCT drugs...otherwise you are looking at a longer recovery and you will probably lose more of your gains. Your nuts would recover probably...but there's no point to put yourself through a few weeks more of low test than you would have to if you used some HCG and clomid.

If you run DBOL then I'd probably run an AI alongside that since the metabolites that it converts into are very potent estrogen like compound.

I agree with that because you want a baseline for things like your liver levels, lipids, etc. Saves you freaking out later, you know if your gear is causing a rise, etc...otherwise you don't truely know what cause of action to take with numbers later.

And as much as you may not want to hear it, you might get info that says it would be dangerous for you to even consider a cycle.

in my opinion now after playing around with test + orals and just test...I'd rather just run 200mg more of test per week than run 30mg ED of DBOL! Just run 700mg test instead of 500mg test + 200mg dbol /week...IN MY OPINION!

Testosterone is the shiiiiit...the orals are harsh and toxic and make your piss smell like something is wrong!

Goals? what weight do you want to be at 4 months after PCT?
Training history?

And whats your diet? 6 ft 185 is rather skinny to be thinking about a cycle. FOOD is the most anabolic substance on the planet and you probably need more.

i would say i agree with you.. i would much rather frontload 750mg and run 500mg/week or (700mg in your case) than use orals...but i was just commenting on one of the most common cycles of dbol/enan
 
I'd go with a 12 weak run. An oral would just be a added bonus. Not really needed since this is your 1st go @.

OP said he has done some test and deca before i the past....i dont think this is his first go @ it .... not trying to give you a hard time, but it says that in his first post. but good info all the same

This is the best advice I have read in this thread so far. Don't get me wrong, there were some good pointers in there. But 6' 185? That is tiny bro. You can get way bigger than that naturaly. Just eat and train better. I know, I know. "You already know how to eat and train." But do you seriously think you are the first new guy that thought that? You CAN get bigger naturaly and then when you do cycle your body will be use to holding more muscle so you may hang on to your gains a little easier. Or you can cycle and swell all up and as soon as you get off lose 80% percent or so of what you've gained because you never gave your body the time to adjust. Why don't you post up asking for some good diet and workout advice then after you have tried that out for a year or four, then come back asking for a good plateau breaking cycle. Just my opinion. Peace
