Simple homebrewing question

If i have a large vial of low concentration steroid like eq ,masteron or primo and want to increase its mg per ml content,can i just add the powder (or liquid) steroid to the vial,heat and filter it and rely on the initial solution's solvents to hold it ?

I have a lot of lower than desirable concentration stuff and want to either increase the concentration or create a mix (like test enan and add eq) instead of buying oils to create new also low concentration liquids.

depends on the concentration that you want it to be at and the amount of solvent already in the vial...

Exactly. You will need to know the amount of solvent (BB and BA) in the product you currently have. Then you will need to know how much solvent you need to get to the concentration you want. For example, Test Enenthate goes into solution with very low solvent (BA works fine) but Test Cyp needs large amounts of solvent and various types (BA and BB).
