yes ive used the origional one. its kinda based like a dc workout but w the pof positions. pof has a real solid base for its use. it does train the muscle through a whole range. if nothing else try it to learn the pof and how they work. then you can apply it to anytraining you want to. it can be a verry effectinve routine but just dont think you r gonna gain 63 lb like casey viator. it aint gonna happen.12-15 lb total if your natural , and maybe 25 -30 lb if your not. follow it to a tee, if you dont you either over/or under train. good luck and post the results.
