MARINADE:
1 cup water
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
Pinch ground cloves
4 crushed cloves garlic
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 orange and 1 lemon, juiced
Small bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
place in a ziplock bag with the skirt steak for 1 hour....then throw on a grill that is heated to 400-800 degree's f.....cook each side for 5 minutes..after you take it off give it 10 minutes before you cut it, or eat it...
